Lumbar Fusion: Ultra-Minimally Invasive

Minmally Invasive Lumbar Fusion is typically done through about a dime sized incision. It is usually done as an outpatient procedure or 12 hour stay in the hospital. The procedure is done with all the usual components but can be performed through microscopic plastic techniques. This allows for a very safe procedure with minimal blood loss and tissue disruption that affords quicker recovery and less chance of a complication.
